Returns & Exchanges
- Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
- Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange unless found defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear photos or videos as proof so we can quickly verify and resolve the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at the earliest possible time.
Refund Policy
We maintain a replacement-first policy. Refunds are only issued in rare cases where:
- The requested item is out of stock, or
- A suitable replacement is not available
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
