Pooki Return & Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love what you order for your little ones. If something isn’t quite right—whether it’s the fit, the color, or the style—we are here to help make it right.

Our return and exchange process is designed to be as simple and transparent as possible.

Return Timeframe

You have [14 Days] from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your items.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the clothing must be in pristine, resellable condition. This means:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original Pooki tags and branding must still be securely attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (such as hairbands, bows, or hats)

  • Socks and undergarments

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event

  • Gift cards

Exchanges (Finding the Perfect Fit)

We know kids grow fast and sizing can be tricky! If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item, or we can process a direct exchange if the desired size is in stock.

Damaged or Defective Products

Your order goes through strict quality checks before it leaves us. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [pookiclothing.pk@gmail.com].

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • We will cover all shipping costs to replace the defective item or provide a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns/exchanges (e.g., wrong size, changed mind): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For damaged/defective items: Pooki will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer, depending on your checkout method).
